I have now collected almost all of the appropriated texts sent to me (still trying to retrieve one from the post office). If you still have something to send then please do. I can’t assure that it will be a part of the publication I intend on producing, but it will still be a great contribution to my ongoing research.
If you wish to participate in the generation of the final text pleae email: usergeneration@gmail.com for a pdf version. Send images of/reworked texts to usergeneration@gmail.com or upload here: Upload Images/Texts
Who you gonna call?
The subjectile spectre: Subjectile is a concept that names the interface between a support, a surface, and a subjectivity. It tends to refer to the material conditions of a medium (painting or drawing or writing) but it also implies a more general relationship in the texture of representation. It is a paradox, it is there but it isn’t, it allows something to come into being without interfering with representation. It is there, but it isn’t. It is the ghost of representation.

Jaques Derrida is giving me some much appreciated guidance on the appropriation of language front.
It would appear that someone has been appropriating this photo, look to the right, something has been concealed from us via the wonders of photoshop no doubt. I wonder what, I wonder why. Agh it’s a absent present!
Shameless unprofessional little plug. Appropriated blog will resume after this short message!
